Filtration and
flushing area
Industrial Project offers specialised services in lubricant purification and system flushing, essential activities to ensure the safe startup and enhanced reliability of machinery. With our cutting-edge equipment, we can service any installation, ranging from small plants to full rolling mill systems.
Lubricant cleaning helps reduce unexpected issues, improving the efficiency and longevity of critical components like bearings and pumps, thereby optimising the overall performance of the system.
Civil and
industrial plants
We operate with quality and efficiency in the field of civil and industrial thermo-hydraulics.
We serve construction companies and private clients for the construction, installation, and maintenance of:
- air conditioning systems and air handling units;
- underground natural gas networks with tar-coated iron or polyethylene pipes;
- construction of storage tanks for fuel and drinking water.
Assembly and major works area
Industrial Project takes orders for the construction and assembly,expansion and maintenance of civil and industrial plants.
We take on the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing-heating systems.
In particular, we handle the complete mechanical assembly of port unloaders and loaders based on the client’s design, coordinating the production of satellite workshops and including loading assistance for sea transport.
For these activities, we could have a dedicated area that includes site offices and a large, fully covered storage area (works carried out with the construction and assembly of cranes at the port of Chioggia).
Our services include:
- Construction and assembly of medium and heavy steel structures;
- Construction and assembly of piping in various materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy);
- Construction of industrial plants in the steel, chemical, petrochemical sectors, and thermoelectric power stations;
- Revamping of existing plants, hydraulic filter systems and specific plants on commission;
- Scheduled and emergency maintenance;
- Anti-corrosion surface treatments, according to national and international specifications and standards;
- Specialist welding.
Laser processing
We have a measuring instrument, also for hire, which allows you to carry out field surveys with metrological precision.
The only one in the world capable of performing point measurements and direct scans without the use of reflectors and/or laser scanners, suitable for performing dimensional measurements both indoors and outdoors.
